Amazing Poolz was a rare find in the industry. A company that listens to what your vision is an simply makes it happen. Our project was on a extremely steep hill and while all other companies I had chatted with over a period of 6 years didn’t see the same things I did, Jim understood what I was trying to accomplish even though it was going to be extremely difficult.

The pool was very technical in nature and took a great deal of pre-planning and in many cases (due to the terrain) many unforeseen adjustments that had to be made. All the while and despite the various challenges that arose, Jim was able to work though it and still keep the project on budget.

Which brings me to the reason I selected Amazing Poolz. Right from the get go, Jim was able to show a great deal of active listening skills as well as demonstrated daily, sometimes multiple daily updates on progress and how he was thinking about a particular challenge. He shows a terrific amount of ownership in all aspects, whether it’s dealing with issues (we had a frustrating leak that took a long time to resolve, but Jim stuck with it and worked on the issue every day so much so he worked with a scuba tank for several ours to fix what ultimately was a faulty seal) or partnering with me on installing a retaining wall (working out the math on the wall radius needs and so on).

I would highly recommend Jim at Amazing Poolz for nearly any project you could think of because he’ll just “figure it out” for anything that you run into during a project while keeping your needs in mind.
